Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, Okazioun Stores will gladly exchange or refund the purchase – at it’s own discretion If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied- within 15 days of purchase.

According to the notes below

Boxes and packing material have to be in the original condition and the product has to be unused and box unopened.

A copy of Okazioun invoice must be included with all returns.

All items must be returned complete and in their original boxes or packages with all original parts/documentation;

If items are not returned with their packages or if any other item or documentation is missing,

Products will not be accepted as a return item.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, the customer is responsible for all freight and shipping charges.

Delivery Information

Shipping Policy:

Okazioun Stores promises to provide you with the best online shopping experience.

We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact and on time by our own delivery fleet or our delivery partners.

Okazioun Stores promises you that your orders should reach your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days maximum from the time it was confirmed with us (All over UAE).

Delivery Practices:

Sealed items cannot be opened to be checked unless payment is processed, hence it is not possible for the customer to open, Reject and send orders back with the the same driver, This can only be done before opening the package.

The package must be paid for and received first and then if there are any issues the normal return process will be carried out by contacting the Customer Service.

Orders must be delivered to a private addresses, e.g. home or work address. Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and/or restaurants.

If payment is completed with a credit card, the only person allowed to receive the order is the card holder, who must show his national ID to our driver.

How does Return Policy Work?

Initiate A Return:

Via My Orders page/screen click on Return Item.

Schedule Pick-up:

A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.

Refund Processed:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

Return The Item:

Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.
