To create an account, simply head over to the ‘Account’ page on your app and input your credentials. You’ll then receive a confirmation email, after which you can log in normally.

Any payment transactions carried out through our website will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. Your card details and passwords are not available to any of our employees. However, please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any account passwords or login codes issued to or chosen by you, confidential. We offer a 2-3 daysdelivery service in UAE , and 5-7 working days across the GCC and select international countries. For details on delivery time frames in your region, you can contact us on [email protected]

You can cancel your order by calling the customer care team on our email [email protected] . Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed and dispatched. If it’s already being prepared, you will need to wait for your order to be delivered and then request a return. For more on this, please see our Returns and Refunds policy.

You can change or add new delivery addresses during checkout. If, however, you have already placed your order and received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address that is outside of the original delivery country cannot be accepted.

Any customer who has bought from [email protected]  is covered under a “No Questions Asked, 15 days Buyer’s Protection”. As per this policy, the buyers can return the product back to the seller within the three days of receipt.in original condition and provided packaging.

To qualify for a refund, please ensure items are in re-saleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. This excludes items that have been personalised for you, any toiletries, underwear, swimwear and refurbished items. For more information, you can send an email to [email protected]

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.

Cash On Delivery enables you to place an order online a without paying for it until your items have been delivered to you. You can pay with cash but you will be unable to use your credit or debit card for the same. Any refunds will be credited back to your account in the form of online credit.

We will initiate your refund once we receive the items back and validate that they are in their original condition. Once that check is done, you will receive a confirmation email. If your product is damaged or has a fault, we want to know. Request a return through our Customer Care team and we will inspect your product for you. If the product is too large to easily re-package and return, please take as many pictures of the fault and email them to our Customer Care team on [email protected]
